Please specific. Tell us:

• Are you an employee? Member? Vendor? Other relationship?
• What is the issue you wish to raise?
• When and where did it occur?
• How many times did it occur? How long has this been going on for?
• Is it currently still happening?
• Who is engaged in this issue?
• Has the issue beed reported before? If so, to whom?
• How did to become aware of this behaviour?
• What action you would like to see taken?

• The more details you are able to provide, the more likely an investigation will be successful.

Our assurances of confidentiality and anonymity

DXN Group wishes to assure the safety of whistleblowing, and therefore undertakes to treat all whistleblowing reports submitted online as anonymous. DXN Group gives the assurance that its systems and procedures are set up in such a way that electronic reporting is non-traceable through devices such as a submitter IP Addresses, which are not collected.

What is anonymous whistleblowing?

With the web whistleblowing submission, a whistleblower may choose not to reveal his or her identity. With the whistleblower’s anonymity thus assured, his or her identity cannot be ascertained by anyone. Please note however, that this advantage to the whistleblower is counter-balanced by a disadvantage to DXN Group, namely, that it compromises further investigation of the facts and that we will not be able to contact the whistleblower for additional details. It is critical therefore that the information submitted is sufficient for follow up investigation.
