DXN STRENGTHENS GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN WITH NEW MEGA MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN KEDAH

BKH Facility to enhance capacity and strengthen its vertically integrated operations

Cyberjaya, 13 April 2026 – DXN Holdings Bhd. (“DXN” or the “Company”) [德信控股], a leading global manufacturer of nutraceutical products, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DXN Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (“DXN Industries”), has entered into a 60-year lease agreement with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (“PKNK”), a state development body of Kedah, for five parcels of industrial land in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, with a combined land area of approximately 1.2 million square feet (“sq ft”) or 26.6 acres, for a total consideration of RM27.8 million (“Lease”).

The site is earmarked for the proposed development of a new manufacturing facility (“BKH Facility”), which is expected to significantly expand DXN’s production capacity and support growing demand across its international markets.

Together with DXN’s existing operations in Jitra, Kedah, the two facilities are expected to form an integrated manufacturing base within the same northern industrial corridor. This enables DXN to leverage its established workforce, infrastructure, and logistics network in the region, while supporting smoother operational coordination and cost optimisation.

With a total land area of approximately 1.2 million sq ft, the Lease represents DXN’s largest land parcel secured for production facilities to date, underscoring DXN’s confidence in its long-term global growth trajectory.

Datuk Lim Siow Jin (拿督林孝仁), Founder and Executive Chairman of DXN, commenting on the development, said, “As DXN continues to grow across international markets, it is important that our manufacturing capabilities scale in a disciplined and coordinated manner. The BKH Facility marks a key step in reinforcing our global supply chain, supporting greater production capacity, supply consistency, and closer coordination across our vertically integrated operations worldwide.”

This development also adds momentum to DXN’s broader multi-region manufacturing rollout, following the recent operationalisation of new plants in Nepal and Bangladesh, which are already contributing to the Group’s global output. This network will be further strengthened by several projects currently under development, including new overseas manufacturing facilities in Bolivia, Peru, and Morocco, as well as a new domestic manufacturing facility in Kelantan, Malaysia, all of which are slated for completion in 2027.

With an established presence in Kedah spanning more than three decades, the Lease also reflects DXN’s continued commitment to the state as a key manufacturing base within its wider production network. This follows the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Invest Kedah Berhad in July 2025, which established the framework for DXN’s ongoing expansion initiatives in the state.
